El apartamento es precioso. Está perfectamente amueblado y tendrás todo lo que necesites para tu estancia. Estaba perfectamente limpio, las toallas eran gruesas, dejaron toallas de mano de sobra en el baño y un precioso detalle con botella de agua por persona en la nevera, además de un poco de té y café.

Ya lo sabía, haz tus deberes antes de reservar y mira las distancias. Este apartamento está a 3 paradas de metro (la primera a 20min caminando desde el apartamento) o a 1 parada de bus y después metro. En total es alrededor de 1h30 para llegar al centro de Londres.

Excellent communication and information prior to stay. Accommodating host. Lovely decor, good location, and easy parking. Very smooth process from start to finish. Nice bonus having fresh milk in the fridge.

We couldn't work the TV or wifi. Think the router may have been off but didn't realise until too late. Couldn't get cold water from the shower.

Great location for Tottenham stadium. Plenty of space. Transport to central London is frequent and cheap, but it takes an hour.

Parking in the week problematic as it's on the road and permit holders only between 11am and 1pm, meant I had to pay for a JustPark driveway on the Friday as I didn't want the car left on a random road all day. Would be fine for a Friday night to Monday morning stay. There's a dripping gutter on the balcony when it rains and it drips on a bin lid which pings with every drop. You'll hear it if you have the windows open.

The flat is a lovely space with lots of light, big windows and good sized rooms. It was mainly clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was generally OK. There were some nice touches all round and very fluffy towels, but it was let down by other aspects. Bus stops are nearby and there's good parking on the side road.

The fridge doesn't shut properly and has to be pushed firmly too - it was really easy to accidentally leave it ajar. There were no teaspoons at all - not even one - so we washed a lot of spoons! The TV has no live option, just streaming, and when left on for a bit, goes to a screensaver which is a photo feed that had personal 'adult' content on. This obviously wasn't nice to see, particularly for my 72 year old mother. The oven isn't easy to operate and we didn't want to sort through the dirty mess of instructions in the even dirtier boiler cupboard so just figured it out by trial and error. There were just two dishwasher tablets which we rationed across the 6 days we were there. There's no space for your own food apart from in the fridge so everything was on the table. There is just one small 2 seater sofa in the lounge, which was OK as there were only two of us, but for a flat that sleeps 4 this seemed odd. Could easily fit a 3 seater and an armchair. There's also no coffee table so nowhere to put drinks whilst sat on the sofa. There is no plug socket next to the left of the main bed. We had an unexpected conversation with the lovely downstairs neighbour about how they didn't believe that legally the property should be being rented as an AirBnB style listing - this clearly wasn't our fault and the neighbour was fine with us, but it seems there's some tension and possible issues there. The flat is nowhere near any shops so you do need to pick everything up elsewhere. It really isn't a bad place, it just needs a bit of a rethink in some areas. Since our stay, the hosts have refused to issue an invoice for the booking. This is their responsibility as has been confirmed by booking.com and is not a hard ask - the communication has been frustrating, and the lack of business awareness is worrying for a property manager.
