The only reason I didn’t give it 10/10 is because of the check in and check out times. Your check in is at 4pm and check out is 10am. I’ll mention you do have to go to another location to check into your rental.

We stayed over the holidays, and there was a lit Christmas tree that greeted us when we entered the property (a delight to my 4 year old granddaughter). Such a cozy warm little cabin with such attention to detail. Absolutely loved the "bear" decor. The beds were super comfortable. Two coffee machines, coffee and spices etc in the cabinets..nice! Big Bear Vacations manage this property and I needed to contact them prior to our check in and they were very responsive. I really appreciated this. We 100% recommend Emma's Cottage.
Hot water could have been hotter and lasted longer. We had to wait in between showers. Easy fix...just turn up the heat on the water heater! :)
