Host gave detailed instructions that were very helpful. It's an older home and we understand that such homes require more care and maintenance. It's obvious that you have worked hard to keep it in shape.

The accommodations were excellent. There was a problem with what was advertised verses what was requested by the owner of the house.
The accommodations were great with ample sleeping rooms for the number of people- we had 14 adults and two kids. Though the sitting areas were filled with a lot of furniture and lots of marble corners and sharp furniture that is not for toddlers learning to walk— the place was very clean. We would have liked to know that there could be a fee of up to $500 to have additional guests visit for a gathering. We weren’t told of this until after we booked and paid. Once he realized we weren’t throwing a ruckus party, the owner waived the possible fee.
