Good location, and nicely refurbished and decorated. Nice welcome pack.

Bear in mind that this place is not cheap. The frying pan handle was falling off, the surface of the colander was peeling bits into the food, the pedal bin was broken, the shower and freezer was primitive, there were no toiletries and the chair covers were stained. In addition there was no cooking essentials apart from salt. Nicely decorated, but get the basics right.
