It is perfectly sited on the beach and is very spacious with a huge balcony overlooking the water. The tavernas in PK and Gerolominas were great.
It is not accurately described in booking.com. It is not on the ground floor. There are 21 steps. There is no tv. The washing machine still does not work (despite someone coming to fix it). The few kitchen utensils were rusty and near useless for a self contained property. The oven handle was broken and fell off when we tried it. The elements were rusty. All the doors/windows (except the entry) had rusted or broken hinges and would not stay shut in the wind (despite the rocks supplied). The place smelled old/ musty after being shut for the day. You need to bring mozzie spray because there are no screens. You need to bring your own drinking water ( none was supplied unlike all other properties we have booked). There were no sub lounges or umbrella with the apartment (we used those from the taverna) There is broken and unwanted furniture sitting around on the front and rear balconies. The owners have clearly spent no money on maintenance for many years. It could be a lovely apartment in a great location but at the moment it is not. Booking.com needs to also take some responsibility for the way this place is portrayed on its site.

La posizione è incredibile, proprio davanti al mare, e la casa è spaziosa e con tre terrazzi, uno per lato.
NON è disponibile il Wi-Fi , cosa piuttosto complicata in una zona dove il segnale della rete è molto debole e alterno. Le finestre non chiudono e, nonostante i sassi per fermarle dall’interno, il vento le spalancava all’improvviso. La doccia è piccola e con la tenda, di non facile gestione.

Много добра локация на два метра от водата.Отлична цена за голяма къща.Настаняване без рецепция което е много удобно.Бих посетил отново.
Трудно достъпно с кола поради ронещият се от бурите бряг през зимата.Трудна връзка с персонала,не вдигат телефона.

La posizione è ottima, la casa è grande, il terrazzo è super. Però non compensa il costo. Il mare è molto bello, anche se la spiaggia è quasi inesistente. Taverna del porto super!
Rapporto qualità prezzo eccessivo. La casa necessita di ristrutturazione. Infissi mal funzionanti, bagno molto datato, la TV non funziona. Balcone con lavatrice inutilizzabile a causa nido di vespe. La spiaggia è l estremità della strada per cui quasi inesistente.
