The Ranch Resort

Everything! It had everything yoh could possibly want for a holiday with children. Endless activities and entertainment but managed to also make you feel incredibly relaxed the whole time. The free kids club and private cinema. was a god send and the private spa was amazing. The food was incredible, the staff were so attentive and polite and the junior suite was beautiful with incredible views. Being surrounded by animals and nature just felt so peaceful and sustainable and it felt like the owners had thought of everything. We will be back!

The kids food menu could have had a few more options on it.

It is an amazing place to stay. A quiet environment for anyone who desire a peaceful and relaxing stay... Quad biking, cycling, horse riding, cooking class and other activities are available. The staff are willing to help, very nice and friendly…. There is access to the gym, pools cinema room . It’s about 45mins from the city center taxis are always provided when you need it. The resort is maintained really well…. Amazing staff many thanks to Eunice, Said, Abdullah and the kitchen staffs.

Everything was great. The menu however can be broadened a little bit especially if guests are staying up to 5nights.

It's a unforgettable experience, every Hotel staff are really good and professional among them Mr Said who works in hotel reception is very friendly and helpful person

Food at restaurants very expensive

A very unique, calm, peaceful and beautiful place to stay. The staff made the place rate much higher because of how lovely and attentive they were. The staff honestly were the highlight for us. Such wonderful people. We loved using the beautiful pools and it certainly was relaxing. The food we managed to eat was stunning.

The main thing for us was feeling sorry for the animals who are all kept in very small cages. They looked sad and it didn’t feel right given the vast amount of space on the land. The food was really great, enjoyed the food very much but very limited with certain things not being available. The menu could do with some work! Especially for drinks and snacks, it would be hard to eat there for more than 2 days as no way of eating elsewhere as you’re so far from anything else. Breakfast was very basic, literally just eggs. Coffee served was half a cup at best too. We stayed in a dome tent which did look better on the pics, and it smelt like bleach which made it hard to spend too much time in. There is no way of ventilating it without leaving the door open which would disrupt the air con. That being said we did enjoy our 2 nights. The air con and the fridge weren’t cold enough. The place could do with a bit more life, some music playing or a better snack menu for daytime. They don’t serve alcohol so nothing to do in the evenings as no music, shows or anything to do once you have had dinner. It was lacking in atmosphere which would really help improve things.
