First of all the location of the establishment is excellent, found in the center of quatres bonnes ,close to 2 shops and has bus station and metro station around 5 minutes walk away , I even went to the nail and hair salon OR nearby, take away restaurant also is nearby .well now the room itself is very clean and spacious for 2 person it is comfortable. It very quiet as I believe the occupancy was low. The room It has AC and a TV that has Internet access and can connect to netflix for late night movies. WiFi access is pretty good. Our room was on the first floor which made it easier to go about. The kitchen and dining room can be accessed anytime. There was hot water in the shower, and everyday the housekeeping cleaned the room without any extra charges and made sure we had new towels, water bottles. We had a kettle to make coffee also. In general the staff was very helpful and friendly even the owner of the building which we met on the first and last day of our vacation. There was a friendly dog also that we met whenever we went for breakfast haha.lastly there's a tourism fee that has to paid during the stay. I would recommend this place if your looking for somewhere to rest for few days, just simple vacations.

On the contrary , on arrival we had to wait outside sort out the keys as there was some sort of confusion likely our room was reallocate to someone else and reception is closed after 5pm . That when we met the owner. This was a bit frustrating as we were tired already and it was past 6pm. We first noticed the room did not have a mini bar which we requested many times later but nothing was done So it was an inconvenient if we wanted to keep our drinks cold we had to climb the last floor of the building to use the general refrigerator . . The room also does not have a telephone if needed to call reception , the wardrobe has a safe locker but however it does not work so we had to always keep our personal and valuable things with us same as for the tv remote was not working i believe the staff was unaware that the battery had run out ,and the sitting area said by the booking site is only a chair near the dressing table. The towels given had bad odour from not washing or drying well. And to wash our clothes each time there is a fee which is an inconvenient also if your stay is longer days. I believe the property can do better to accumulate more visitors and revenue.
