The size and location was perfect. The water views were well appreciated from our "land locked" visitors from the U.S. The "bungalow" is across from the beach and walking tracks; restaurants and shopping are within walking distance as well. The well-appointed home with 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, 2 lounge areas and an outdoor deck was perfect. It was big enough to fit our family members so we could be together, but also with enough space to "be apart" if quiet time was required.
There is also a well-appointed kitchen with more than enough cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. etc.
More than 1 kitchen tea towel would have been nice . . . good thing I brought 2 from home "just in case".

The house was wonderful, modern and updated with great charm and feel. Plenty of room and a great location.
An outdoor table and chairs would have been the only thing that would be needed.
