V1-Baan Borijinda-Wooden House in The old city of Chiang Mai

房东非常热情，我们的飞机晚点了，但是房东先生一直等我们到晚上11点，帮助我们拿行李，给我们介绍房子的设施，地理位置非常方便，走2分钟就有便利店，房子住的非常舒服，设施也非常齐全，有任何问题房东的响应速度很快，我们住的很开心！

We had such a wonderful stay here and honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true home away from home. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and had such a lovely aesthetic. The bathrooms were immaculate, and the showers were excellent with great water pressure. The air conditioning throughout the house worked perfectly (which was very appreciated in the Chiang Mai heat!), and it had absolutely everything we needed for a longer stay. There was plenty of cutlery, cooking equipment, a washing machine, cleaning supplies, and all the little essentials that made it feel like we were living at home rather than staying in holiday accommodation. We wanted for nothing. Travelling with a toddler, we also found it to be a fantastic place for families. It was private and felt incredibly safe, tucked away behind two secure gates. The location was another huge highlight, peaceful and quiet, yet only a few minutes from everything - restaurants, cafés, and attractions. It was the perfect balance of convenience and tranquillity. Our host was exceptional. He was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, assisting us with organising a day trip and always happy to answer any questions. He also owns the coffee shop next door, which serves some of the best coffee we had in Chiang Mai! He struck the perfect balance of being available whenever we needed him while also giving us complete privacy during our stay. I genuinely can't fault this property. Everything was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully maintained, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. We would recommend it without hesitation to anyone visiting Chiang Mai, especially families or anyone planning a longer stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

The location is quite good. There are many food choices nearby. The house deco is wooden style, quite nice. The kitchen is well equipped.

Due to the wood structure of the house, it's not sound proof at all. You could hear clearly the traffic and any noise outside. The landlord provided us with ear plugs upon check-in. And there are ants in the bathroom (though in SEA it's kind of unavoidable.)
