The location was great, close to restaurants. Not far from the old temple in Chiang Mai. Walking distance to the Tha Phae Gate.
There was some construction across the street which was at times noisy.

The location is quite good. There are many food choices nearby. The house deco is wooden style, quite nice. The kitchen is well equipped.
Due to the wood structure of the house, it's not sound proof at all. You could hear clearly the traffic and any noise outside. The landlord provided us with ear plugs upon check-in. And there are ants in the bathroom (though in SEA it's kind of unavoidable.)
