2 Bedroom Beautiful Home In Lozari

The owner seems to be very nice on WhatsApp but honestly we never Met anyone three in person. This small house WITHOUT AIR CONDITION IN THE LIVING AREA WHICH WAS ALMOST UNBEARABLE IN THE SUMMERTIME is located in a remote area surrounded by vinyards and olive trees. There are possibilities to walk the dogs. The location is the only highlight.

I hope the owner has planned a renovation of the pool, Whirlpool shutters and the Installation of an aircondition in the living room/kitchen. The pictures on booking.com are many, many years old and do not resemble the actual very well used situation. The pool is green from algae around the surface and there are obviously parts missing (tiles, light was removed and there is a submersed power cable still showing where the pool light once was, many tiles on the terrace are broken and there are many sharp edges!!!). We used it once in 14 days. The sizuation ist NOT suitable for chiildren. The playground looks good on the pics but I would not let any child play there. THIS HOUSE IS WITHOUT AIR CONDITION IN THE LIVING AREA WHICH WAS ALMOST UNBEARABLE IN THE SUMMERTIME. This is not sufficiently mentioned in the description. It was hotter inside than outside despite the 'old Istrian stonewalls'. There was not even a fan available and we had to go and buy one. For almost 4000€ we expected more. We go to beautiful Istria every year and this was unfortunately the worst accomodation we ever had. Good thing we spend a lot of time at the beach. Still the neglected pool, the missing aircondition, the sharp edged broken tiles and the whirlpool which is visible for ALL NEIGHBORS (especially the teen neighbor boy was very interested...) because the shutters are broken leave a bad taste. Dear owner, please take action.
