Alekos Suites - Free 24hr Transportation To Airport

About 10 minutes free shuttle ride from the airport. The driver was there to pick me up within 1 minute after I messaged them that I’ve got my luggage and I’m waking out to the meeting point. Very courteous driver and very clean vehicle. He handled my luggge and brought me to my room. He gave me the code for the door and brought my luggage into the very nice and bright room with lovely modern furniture. There is a large, full size supermarket right next the property, so 1 minute walk, and the beach, with several restaurants is not more than 5 minutes walk. I requested to stay two hours later than the official check-out time and the manager approved it with no additional charge. Communication with the property was easy and with very fast response through what's up. The room has a marble floor with a large bed, a sofa, a large screen tv, a small kitchenette with a refrigerator and stove and fast internet. Lovely experience and I’ll definitely stay here again. The Aircondition works very well and there’s an outdoor balcony with table, chairs and chaise lounges. On the return to the airport it may take a little longer due to a traffic light that only allows about 5 cars per green light so take in consideration that it may take 20-25 minutes to get to the airport during rush hour. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Nothing! It was all perfect.

I was unable to find confirmation of free transportation on Bookings app. Therefore, I made an additional reservation at a fee of 126 euros to guarantee we had transportation. Both rides showed up which caused mass confusion and many phone calls upon arriving and leaving. Also, I had to pay the 126 euros as you can see in my account. It seems you can't always access the same information on the app as you can on a computer. We had no computer in Santorini. Anyway, that is what I didn't like. Not the properties fault.

Great communication and was met at the door by George and the driver arrived promptly for our 5.30am transport to the airport for our International trip the next morning.

The bed mattress was very hard.

The transportation from the hotel to the airport was convenient and comfortable. Whatsapp one of the numbers in the booking to make arrangements. We also received a photo of the entrance (there are at least 2) and a video of how to find the room.

The bathroom and flooring in the main room were covered in brown human hair. The one and only carpet in the main room had dried candy on it. The tables were sticky. The shower drain was covered or blocked causing minor flooding while showering. The bathroom is the size of a very small closet. We didn't complain or share the issues with the staff as we were only staying one night, arrived late and left early the next morning.
