We appreciated the home like accomodations.
It made no difference but was in a more congested area than expected.

Newly remodeled and very clean
Proximity to Main Street close and large noisy trucks passing through all night. Curb appeal was poor. Dirt flower beds and raggy shrubs.

The location of the cottage was central. They’ve done a nice job with renovations inside the home.
There are a few items that need updating. A low battery alarm in the basement went off for the duration of our stay despite us alerting the owners.

The living room/kitchen area is lovely for hanging out with friends, and the bedrooms are a nice size. Using a door code is helpful, not having to track a key throughout our stay. The appliances are good quality and easy to use.
The house was not too clean - spiderwebs in many places, deck not swept off, lawn was very long. The dishwasher operates but does not clean the dishes. We washed them all by hand. Having only one bathroom has its limitations, obviously.
