We liked the location, because it was in an area that was not on the beach front and was between both beach and town. Oscar was always on hand if we need to contact him, the apartment is extremely safe and secure and access to the pool was with a key for residents and guess only. The apartment had limited view of the sea which was great. It was also located a short walk to the town which has everything you need. There are also lots of bars and restaurants around the area with a great choice. The area is residential and gives you a great insight into how other people live which again is fantastic, also all the bars in the area are reasonable in price which again was fantastic. On the whole the apartment the owner and the location is perfect. I would recommend to anyone to stay there. We had a wonderful time exploring the area and town finding some great little out of the way places to drink and eat away from the expensive areas along the beach front and marina. that said the bars on the beach are fantastic for people watching and passing the days ... GREAT PLACE

There was a lot of work going on replacing the pavements and tar macing the roads but that had nothing to do with the owner and to be honest it was interesting to watch, something our ground work people so watch and carry out in the uk.

Very comfortable bed, lovely decor throughout, very clean. Very spacious with outside space. Christmas decor was so unexpected and seriously appreciated, thank you.

Cutlery and crockery needs updated, chips on plates. Basic kitchen equipment. Only one cooking pot, inconvenient at Christmas dinner. But nothing that we could not overcome.

Host very communicative, spacious two double bedded, bedrooms for 2 couples, long balcony, pretty well equipped, clean, sun facing, shared pool but no food or drink allowed by the pool, lift to apartment, close to Bonanza Square vibrant bars and eateries,

Only 1 set of keys just in case couples wanted to do separate things, need to know about emptying air con water bottles (petty but no tea towel so bought one)

Nice location. Small place for 4pax. Single bathroom. Hand washing soap was not present and even bathroom mat was absent. Absence of washing machine made it difficult as well
