We stayed as a family with three children aged 17, 15 and 10, and every one of us loved this apartment. The location, right on Piazza Navona, is simply unbeatable - you truly feel you are living in the heart of Rome. Our host was exceptionally warm, welcoming and approachable, making us feel at home from the start.
The apartment was charming, comfortable and wonderfully cool, which was such a pleasure after hot August days exploring the city. The balcony was covered due to temporary construction during our stay, but honestly, it did not affect our enjoyment at all.

Location is amazing, middle school of everything with lots of restaurants in walking distance
The floors were dirty but we just rolled with it and cleaned them ourselves as best we could. The intercom would ring multiple times around 7am every morning. We flagged to the owner and were informed it was likely garbage collection, he has confirmed after our stay this has been rectified. Obviously the advertising obscured our view of the Piazza from the apartment but we were fully aware of this prior to our stay.

Only one bathroom for 4 people but we knew that. Wished the balcony was open.
