Vila Nova House

The house was really spacious, nice outdoor area under a roof, BBQ, it was quiet. the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. the communication with the owners was excellent, they even let us check in earlier, they were attentive, although we never met them in person. the house is in a very small and quiet town.

When we arrived, it looked that the kitchen was not cleaned, it was full of fruit flies and the counter tops were sticky. Also most of the glasses were not clean. I seemed that they cleaned the whole house, but the kitchen was forgotten. It had most of the amenities, but such a simple thing as wine opener was not there. It would have been nice, if the owners put some nets on all the windows, as occasionally we had cockroaches flying to the patio including the bedrooms, I even had a lizard inside my bed. most of the bathroom/bedroom doors were not closing properly, and if we had some windows opened they would be making noise due to the draft. One of the bedrooms is tiny (you cannot even have your suitcase there), feels more like a closet than a room. Lastly, the smell from the pipes from the bathrooms was horrible, I hope they can fix it properly and not by plugging in electrical air fresheners.

Abbiamo fatto il check-in in autonomia grazia a Carlos, sempre molto gentile, disponibile e discreto (anche se non abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscerlo). La casa è molto bella e immersa nel verde (essendo anche la parte più rurale dell'isola). Molto grande, spaziosa e dotata di molti servizi tra cui: lavatrice, cucina completa a disposizione, piscina, teli mare, tv, wifi e alcuni faldoni dove c'erano informazioni riguardanti l'isola e come visitarla. All'esterno c'è una bella vista sul verde e un tavolino sotto il porticato davvero piacevole in cui mangiare. E' molto pulita nel complesso.

2 camere su 3 molto piccole, i letti non sono molto comodi. Migliorerei sicuramente i bagni, magari posizionando più ganci per gli asciugamani e qualcosa su cui poggiare i prodotti da bagno.

Logement spacieux et plutôt agréable. Bien situé pour visiter le Nord et l'Est de l'île. La communication avec le propriétaire était fluide même si nous ne nous sommes pas vus.

Nuits assez difficiles avec les aboiements du chien du voisin et les oiseaux qui nichaient sous les tuiles.

La casa es preciosa y muy limpia y están muy atentos a que estemos en perfectas condiciones

La ubicación, hay que coger coche para todo pero si buscas tranquilidad, es genial
