Нам дуже сподобалось проживання в цьому будинку. Все, як описано на сайті, є все необхідне для проживання та доброго відпочинку. Вид на озеро та гори просто неймовірний. Дякую за гостинність.

La vue est splendide , la tranquillité des lieux, l'appartement est spacieux et un assez grand balcon

Logement idéalement placé

Le logement est très bien situé, dans un environnement calme, où l'on peut stationner, et a quelques minutes à pieds des remontées mécaniques. C'est très appréciable.

Emplacement très très joli, route pour y aller incroyable, joli petit endroit ""touristique"" mais discret et pas plein de monde, parfait pour être calme

C'est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de télé mais c'était à moi de bien regarder ce que je réservais :) Bruit de radiateur insupportable, il est sûrement à purger dans la chambre mais c'est ok

Ok für ein paar Nächte wenn man über die Abgegriffenheit hinwegsehen kann

Gefallen hat uns vor allem die Lage - nur ein paar Meter vom "Ortszentrum" und dem Lift - und auch den Genfer See konnte man erahnen (leider nicht sehen, da der Waldrand den eigentlichen See verdeckte). Wenn es warm ist, ist auch der Balkon zur Seeseite hin sicher ganz nett. Die Instruktionen der Vermieterin Sophie waren prompt und klar (mit Fotos, wo wir den Schlüssel fanden). Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, um Brötchen und den täglichen Bedarf einzukaufen.

Leider wird offenbar nicht ausreichend in Wohnung und das ganze App..Haus investiert - die Türen und Holzoberflächen können sicher einmal einen neuen Anstrich vertragen und der Flur war ziemlich staubig. Auch hätte das Appartement für vier Personen etwas größer sein können. Die Schlafzimmer - unseres hatte das Frankreich-typische schmale Bett waren besonders eng für zwei Personen - die Betten waren aber ok und auch eine zweite Zudecke war in meinem Zimmer im Schrank vorhanden.

Séjour estival en montagne et en famille.

Le calme et la situation de l'appartement. Les équipements étaient suffisants.

Manque de modernisme notamment dans la salle de bains. Appartement un peu dans son jus. Literie assez molle. Volets roulants ne fonctionnant presque pas.

Une belle semaine bien que le temps n'ait pas été ideal.

L'appartement est parfait pour y passer une semaine. Un grand atout est le fait que les chiens sont acceptés sans qu'il y ait un prix supplémentaire. La propriétaire Sophie répond vite à toutes sortes de questions et fait tout pour dépanner ses locataires en cas de besoin.

Montage et lac à deux pas de chez Edgar, incontournable station de Thollon les Memises.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix, propreté et équipements à la hauteur. Atmosphère cosy et fournitures de seconde main très appréciables. 2 vraies chambres laissant des moments d’intimité. Cuisine fonctionnelle dans le coin montagne laissant place à un séjour/salle à manger spacieux. Vaste balcon offrant une vue imprenable du lac Léman. Parking gratuit au pied de la résidence, idéal déchargement et chargement. Sophie est aimable, disponible et soucieuse du confort de ses locataires.

Seul le Sherpa était ouvert, fermeture annuelle des autres commerçants sur la période d’octobre.. Evian et Vinzier ne sont qu’à 15 minutes en voiture.
