Apartment Dalmain

The apartment is well situated, and the host was amazing. Gentle, descret, and very carry. The residence has a wonderful terrace with umbrellas where someone can enjoy a cup of coffee or a cup of wine, etc. It also has a small grill, just in case. This residence has everything you will need, including a dishwasher, which is quite rare. The host has provided a nice welcome bufe, coffee capsules form some three days, and fresh fruits. Everything was extremely clean and looking quite new. What else can I say? Excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone who is willing to visit Split. The residence has its own parking lot (nr.7).Oh, I just forgot to mention that in the area, just 5 min walking, there are a lot of cafeteria and a local cuisine restaurant, specialized in fish foods. I highly recommend 'the daily catches'. It's fish just cought by restaurant fishermen that day.

Proprietatea este dotată cu absolut toate facilitățile iar asta ne-a permis să avem confortul de acasă. Gazdele au fost extraordinar de amabile, plaja frumoasă, cu pini la 2 minute distanță de cazare. Proprietatea are parcare proprie, important în sezon fiind complicat să găsești un loc.

The apartment is in a great location, it's near the sea, lots of big groceries stores are nearby and it's about 15-20 min to Split by car. It is a very clean and well looked after and has everything you might need for your stay (except a microwave maybe and a lid for large frying pan): all the cutlery, coffee machine, kettle, induction cooktop, oven, toaster, blender etc. The great thing is that every room has its own air conditioning. Beds are comfortable, all the linen is provided by the host, as well as towels not only for the bath but beach towels are also provided, and as a bonus - beach umbrella (very much needed). This apartment also has a secure parking space behind the building down a pretty steep slope, so your car will be hidden from anyones' sight. The hosts are very welcoming, showed and told us everything we needed about the apartment and surroundings. The beach is clean as well, at times might be pretty crowded (weekends mostly), but finding a place to lay down has never been a problem. However, consider the fact that for many locals it's normal to smoke on the beach regardless that there might be children near them (I assume that smoking is not prohibited in public places there). Also the sloping road to the beach is quite steep, so better not rush when going down. The apartment also has a long balcony with parasols and outdoor sofas and a coffee table, as well as a grill. However, because the apartment is located on the first floor (ground floor is located lower on the same level as a parking space mentioned earlier), other parking places are right in front of the balcony and there's not so much privacy if you wish to spend some time there.

On the first evening neighbour's dog was barking a lot and silenced only at around midnight. Firstly we thought that that was a one-time event, however, we were mistaken. During the day it was mostly silent, but when the evening comes everything starts all over, sometimes the dog has been barking up until 2.00 am, and as I understand this dog lives there (not a temporary tenant). Luckily, this mostly didn't disturb our daughters sleep (the dog lives right behind the wall of the kids room), however, if you are easily awakened then that might be a red flag for you.

A quelques pas de la plage, à quelques minutes des commerces de proximité, et de la ligne 25 du bus qui vous emmène à Split. Lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, le panier d’accueil, et tout le nécessaire pour débuter votre séjour en toute tranquillité, en mode relax. Tout est fait pour que vous vous sentez chez vous. Les hôtes sont très gentils et très réactifs. Tout est fourni pour aller à la plage, serviettes, parasol. Il y a également une place de parking qui vous est destinée.
