Location
This unit is built on two stories. The last step, at the bottom of the stairs, is very deceptive and as a result the stairs are dangerous, especially in low light. I would not recommend this property to anyone who struggles with stairs.
The electrical breaker in the unit flips off regularly. Any combination of large appliances operating at the same time will shut off power to the entire unit.
