Good value for money

The hotel is very clean and located in a great area, close to everything you need. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom door was made of glass, which didn’t feel very private.

very bad, we could not sleep all the night, at night all the light in the room was suddenly turn on many times, and nobody could help and knows why it happened finally they proposed a compensation of 15 euro for a night in their hotel without sleep, crazy

perfectly acceptable and very accommodating hosts

The hosts made us breakfast bags so we could leave early for our flight - much appreciated. There is not restaurant there but perfectly acceptable take away facilities which the hotel organises.

We really wanted to use the wellness facilities but they were closed for cleaning or something 'covid related'. Personally, I wish hotels would stop advertising their facilities if there isn't a good chance of accessing them. Can only lead to disappointment. The hotel is still about 20 minutes drive from the airport

I really liked this hotel, the apartments were expensive, but spacious - 75 sq m. The jacuzzi tub in the room was really big. the design of the Wild number is very beautiful and impressive! Bed linen is changed every night. The dishes ordered in the restaurant were really very tasty, and the price was good! The parking lot near the hotel is very convenient and free. Not far from Bergamo Airport.

The carpet was dirty , the lights in the room are “ too romantic” and the room has dark colors, dark furniture, dark walls, dark carpenters and carpet. The breakfast was very poor, no fresh vegetables ,

It was a 20 min journey by taxi which cost €60. It is not 6 miles from airport, more like 16 miles + motorway fees

Super spacious, staff are wonderful and ready to help! The road to arrive to the lake is very easy and takes only 15min. The bed was enormous and amazingly comfortable. Hotel was super quiet so slept really really well.

The amount of lights and light switches in the room, I created a disco trying to work out which switch turned off and on which lights!

Plenty of free parking, quiet location and comfortable, well-appointed hotel. Free soft drinks in the mini-bar and excellent COVID precautions throughout. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Perfect hotel for an overnight stay

Very nice & serviceminded staff. Reception always open, roomservice as well - super when you have a late arrival. Good and spacious beds. Parking for the car.
