The room is kept in very clean condition and the beds are comfortable. We had also tried their massage services and it is great as well. Recommended hotel as it is just situated very near to Hoi An old town.

Everything is good about this hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. The staff specifically Annie at the front desk is super helpful and sweet. Loved the food. Our experience was excellent. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Place can bring clam and relax

5.6 / 10·Jul 2025

They have a lot of very noisy corporate parties in the grounds of the resort, very disruptive load music till 10 pm, no consideration for guests that have travelled long flights and need to sleep. Been here 5 times over the years but since the new company has taken over the place is on a slow decline, service is almost nonexistent, definitely not the same as when it was called Trails. We go to Vietnam every year, we are moving on , already booked somewhere for next year
