We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. Having one king bed and one queen bed made it perfect for our family of four with two older kids.
The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. During our stay, my wife developed a blister after visiting the Great Wall, and the staff kindly provided alcohol-soaked cotton tips—such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated.
The laundry service was also very convenient. It made managing our clothes effortless, as they handled the washing, drying, and delivered everything right back to our room.
The location is another big plus. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Nanlishi Lu subway station, which makes it very easy to get around and access popular sightseeing and historical attractions.
Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent service. Highly recommended!

The hotel staff was very nice. Every staff and especially 汤志龙 was very helpful and nice! He helped me find an airplane model shop in Beijing and it made my kid's day! Without his help, my kids will be very sad... he even called to get the address, directions and everything for us! The rooms were clean! Always new and fresh towels every single day. Beds were always made and clean. I cannot wait to come back to this hotel when I visit Beijing!!!! Thank you so much for everything you and your team did for our family!!!

Hotel not only offers washer and dryer for free but also they can help you do the cleaning if you are too busy to do yourself, very helpful staff. Location is good, I'm able to take bus from summer palace to hotel front door. Bus also goes to some other attractions door to door
