Nice condos in great location

The condo is lovely just as pictured. Location is great! Good communication with management.

There is no safe. I never saw staff there that was supposed to help me go up the stairs with luggage. No paper towels in kitchen would help keep things tidy. A bit noisy with other guests. Taxi included in price through Booking is very difficult to find and not polite.

Beautiful apartment nicely furnished with all the amenities. This property is near masarik one of the best areas in Mexico city to dine, shop and walk around due to its high end brands. This property itself gives you an excellent opportunity to have a great experience in the city. They even provide a great bottle of wine for you to enjoy, we stayed at Tinto room perfect for a couple. Bathroom has amenities very nicely done and up to date. Very clean, full Pettit kitchen, with frigo bar and utensils, high end coffee machine, several convenience stores less than a block away, pharmacy, hundreds of restaurants and coffee shops, parks. It’s a safe location. We will come back very soon. I must say this property has a unique cozy charm, just be sure in which suite you stay, there’s small units too. I recommend to contact the property before booking if you like king size beds or more space than normal, this is perfect for travelers with European experiences. Highly recommended!

Lovely small apartment in a great area of Mexico City

We had an excellent stay at Bright&Sweet in Mexico City. The location is safe and perfect for exploring the area, with everything we needed close by. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. The amenities were great, especially the well-equipped kitchen, which included all necessary utensils, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The balcony was definitely a plus and made the space feel even more welcoming. The host was always available via WhatsApp and made our stay incredibly easy and pleasant. We truly appreciated their responsiveness and kindness. We would definitely choose this place again!

Great property on a quiet street in the center of a neighborhood. The studio apartment is well appointed and the bed is super comfortable.

The unit I stayed in is very light, off a narrow light court. An open view to the street or a back yard would make it exceptional.

Great apartment in a vibrant and safe part of Mexico City.

Very clean and comfortable. The location was great and in a very safe area with lots of places to eat and walk close by. We had a couple of things to resolve when we arrived that were sorted out immediately by Isabel who manages the property and was fantastic. We would definitely come back.

Comfortable stay in a central, yet quiet apartment

Nice apartment in the heart of Polanco, close to the Metro, which will take you to most places of interest. Area is very safe, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Supermarket and convenience store also within a few minutes walking. Apartment could be entered with a code that was provided via WhatsApp. The apartment facing the courtyard was incredibly quiet for CDMX standards. Everything was very clean and the kitchen has everything you need for a medium length stay. Place has a double bed (Queen?) and a sleeping couch.

Warm water was a bit of an issue. Note that you should put your used toilet paper in a bin instead of flushing it. If you are squirmish about that, this place may not be for you, although you will encounter this in other locations throughout CDMX as well. TV is a bit strangely placed, but that’s just a minor observation.

Absolutely excellent

Absolutely wonderful small apartment in Polanco. The neighbourhood is extremely safe, full of bars, restaurants and shops. The location of the apartment is really strategic. The apartment is silent, very clean, very well furnished and new. The interaction with the staff has been amazing. Excellent communication. Next time I'll be in mexico city I'll come back to the same place.

Good stay

Well located in polanco with things going around. The team were nice and communicated effectively. Good for 1 or 2 night stay. Property was clean and modern.

There is no air condition so bear that in mind as the room was quite hot. There is a fan but was not cool enough. Also there is no lift as well and the flight of stairs is quite a bit. Other than these, the property was okay.

A beautiful room in an incredible part of the city. The room was tastefully designed, comfortable and within easy access to Polanco’s fine dining, parks and attractions. A wonderful gem.

Great stay!

Great location, easy check in, great communication from hosts, bottle of water and bottle of wine provided, clean and cute apartment stocked with kitchen equipment. Can walk to many restaurants, coffee shops, museums in a safe neighborhood.

Shower drain was clogged, showering was standing in a pool of water. Can hear sounds from neighbors and some construction, but I use white noise to sleep so the noise did not bother me.

Decent, not great if you are taller than 5’10”

The Location was great.

So this looks to be 1 bigger apartment made to be three apartments, no air exchange in the bathroom and the entire place would stay humid unless you opened windows which made it impossible for your towel to dry. I really wish people would be more transparent about their properties instead of looking to cash grab tourists with pretty pictures of make shift apartments. Being a 6’2” human it was impossible for me to sleep on the bed in this place. My feet hung off the edge, so I was regulated to the couch for 8 days.

Beautiful centrally located studio in one of the best areas of Mexico city. The hosts were kind, friendly and very efficient. I enjoyed the place, the Netflix and the complimentary wine. This was one of my favorite accommodation experiences in Mexico.

位置真的太优异了，走路到地铁站就3分钟。楼下就是便利店、超市、餐厅。去人类学博物馆也只要15分钟，整个街区非常舒适小资。住宿环境也特别温馨，和照片一模一样，设备都很齐全，小厨房也很完善，可以简单做个饭。我们住的这真的很开心，入住流程非常顺利，沟通非常及时。

Tal cual las fotos, muy agradable nuestra estadía., ubicación increible para conocer lo mejor de Polanco y sitios cercanos como el Bosque, Condesa, Roma. El ambiente del apto. es muy bueno; es agradable llegar a descansar. Pendientes en todo desde antes de nuestro viaje, hasta nuestro check Out. Te dejan máquina de café. Me volvería a quedar aquí,,, gran lugar. Iza, super pendoente de lo q necesites.

Recomendación: es momento de cambio de almohadas y mejorar la calidad del colchón, sin q este no sea cómodo, pero ya se deforma, cuando se descansa en una posición por tiempo prolongado. Soporte para colgar toallas. Pero el 90% todo esta ok.
