Villa Los Nísperos de Paco

Wow from our arrival to our departure. After an early morning flight and a car hire drama we arrived in Competa and met Elisa who had been in regular contact all day. The villa is amazing. 5 fab air conditioned bedrooms and 5 bathrooms so great for our 2 families with grown up children. The top floor bedroom is accessed via an outdoor spiral staircase which may be an issue for younger children but all good for us. The outdoor dining area (seats 10) and kitchen was great as we love a bbq and the hob, dishwasher and fridge was a bonus. The pool and jacuzzi are brilliant; great size with plenty of sun loungers to move to with the sun. Also love the gorgeous palm trees which provide shade at different points in the day. Table tennis table for those that can’t sit. Every item / white good you need is here. 2 fridge freezers, washing machine, dishwashers. Elisa is amazing. We found that one of the bedrooms aircon wasn’t working and she arranged for a replacement unit to be installed. Miguel arrived early and spent all day installing a new unit and communicated throughout. We asked if there were any fans for the living room (to watch World Cup matches) and these were provided. Elisa also gave us advice on things to do locally when we asked. Competa is lovely and a 4 minute drive from the villa. Nice 20 minute walk too.

Nothing! If anything the track up to the villa from the main road is a bit bumpy.

On arrival the villa was absolutely spotless. We were met and shown around by the host who explained where ever was. The pool and jacuzzi was amazing and the outdoor kitchen /bbq area was perfectly set up for entertaining. The villa was perfectly located between competa and canillas del albiada and within walking distance of Spanish bars and restaurants.

Everything was perfect and the pictures didn’t lie. Fantastic view from the upper bedrooms and balconies. The house was clean and beautiful and the host was fantastic. Perfect outdoor kitchen and pool with a wonderful garden.

Estupenda casa para un grupo ; amplia , moderna , totalmente equipada , con zona bbq , y la anfriona ,perfecta . Puedes ir caminando a las dos localidades cercanas por un sendero , pasar un dia divertido y volver a la casa a continuar o descansar .
