Het appartement is op de 1e etage, eronder zit een garagebox van de eigenaren. Via een buitentrap is het appartement te bereiken. Aan de voorkant is een lekker balkon met zitje. Het appartement is van airco voorzien, wat met de warmte erg welkom is. De slaapkamers zijn ruim en met voldoende kastruimte. Via de slaapkamers kom je in de ruime tuin en middels een trappetje bij de BBQ en het heerlijke privé zwembad. De eigenaren hebben ons zeer vriendelijk ontvangen, zijn goed bereikbaar en hebben ons ook tips gegeven voor o.a. boot en scooterhuur. In de omgeving zijn talloze leuke uitstapjes te maken zoals: varen, scooter rijden, Onferno grot, Villa Imperiale, pasta workshop, San Marino en Ravenna.
Er zaten veel muggen, zowel op het balkon als in de achtertuin (hier kunnen de eigenaren niets aan doen) Tip: Bij het zwembad staan parasols, in de lager gelegen tuin niet en dit zou voor schaduw wel prettig zijn.
