Cornwall family friendly villa with free use of Pool, soft play, mini golf, tennis, gym, fitness classes, sauna and ice baths

Great leisure facilities, nice enough pub on site aswell, house was well equipped and a nice selection of dvds for entertainment

The grounds on site need upkeeping was quite untidy about the place, however our house was fine had been well prepared for us

The property was in a fantastic location on site, right across from the outdoor pool, pub and park. The pool has an access code on the gate so no danger of the children getting access without your knowledge. The property had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay, we will absolutely be back again.

The car park does get very busy on an evening but there is always the main car park by the leisure centre with a cut through to get back to the property without having to walk all the way around

Nice size, comfortable. Kids enjoyed outdoor pool.

Lingering odour, despite being quite clean. we used febreeze to rectify.

It was very modern and clean. It also had everything you needed for cooking. The beds and sofa were also very comfortable and clean. The property was spacious and had a really homely feel about it.

We really loved the property. The issue was with the swimming pools. The outdoor pool was dirty and has broken tiles. The water was murky and full of leaves. We didn’t like the online booking system for swimming. We would have liked to just go for a swim in the morning. The indoor pool was always fully booked so we only managed to get one swim in a week. The ice baths that we were looking forward to were out of order. The properties on the website are all painted in beautiful pastel colour however the reality looks very different. Grey houses that look more like a housing estate.
