Very friendly owner of this place. I needed to move same day, he even offered to refund money.
Property was clean and nice for this money. He showed us everything, offered to get ride to the train station, told us where are shops, shopping mall etc.
So, I’d recommend to stay there. From my experience, such an amazing place is 1 of 100 to find.
(And location was easily to find, calm and quiet place)

Anka, the hostess, is absolutley charming, enormously helpful and speaks excellent English. She provided me with a 24 hour pass for the buses and savings on local attractions. If you prefer not to use public transport it's about a 20 minute walk into the centre and also to the local Flixbus station, but all on the flat and very easy . The hostel is immaculately clean and has an outside seating area.
The kitchen/common room/dining table area is a little cramped with minimal but adequate facilities. An area outside of that with a table and power sockets would be good. Bathroom arrangements are variable depending on the room you are in, but this is really a building design issue.

I only like the location and the low price
I didn't like the atmosphere overall: it was noisy, the kitchen was dirty, and there was mold in the room. The bedroom had a cabin shower placed behind a curtain, with no door, no ventilation, and no window to the outside. The smell in the room was unpleasant.
Additionally, we were given a room with a shared toilet instead of the private bathroom we had booked.
To make matters worse, there was a small chair in the room that was full of hair.
