Good stay

Bedrooms good and clean. Staff was friendly. The beach was excellent, clean sea and sand.

Neighborhood was all under construction, lot of dust in air, narrow roads, no pedestrian paths, not easy with stroller, you hope drivers are nice to allow you to go. Apartment had very small living room with no dining table. Balcony was facing east and was getting hot to have breakfast at balcony, no tent.

I was dissatisfied, the hosts knows what they are offering, but did not inform us. Cicadas everywhere, we stay with clos

The property have too many cicadas. They often visited and scared us, screaming 120 decibel. The street and garden are not the same like the picture- maybe before they was cleaned, but now too dirty and no serviced green gardens.

The property was overpriced and the reality is different. The host knows for cicadas and did not inform us. They scared us. Street, gardens are tragedy. Indoor - basic cleaning.

The apartment was clean. It is managed by a company that also has a Bulgarian employee. This made a good impression on us, she was nice.

Very far from the center, the beach that is nearby is all stones. The view from the balcony is terrible.

The apartment is very well organized and comfortable. Everything you could need for vacation. It is not in the "center" where all the shops and restaurants are, but this was a plus for us. There is a nice , not noisy beach 200-300 meters away. Big grocery shop is withing 5 minutes by car.

Ключовете взехме от офиса, който е на входа на Офринио и се казва Booking. Ние бяхме в мезонет. Много добре е оборудван. Чистичко и на две крачки от ресторант Парадизо, т.е. от вкусната храна.

Nicht empfehlenswert enttäuschender Aufenthalt

Ich hatte für 7 Nächte in dieser Ferienwohnung gebucht. Die Lage ist grundsätzlich nicht schlecht, der Strand ist in der Nähe, was positiv war. Leider war das Umfeld rund um das Gebäude sehr ungepflegt, mit viel Staub und Schmutz. Direkt gegenüber lagen Baustellenreste, was keinen schönen ersten Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Der Check-in war für 15 Uhr angesetzt. Allerdings mussten wir in der prallen Sonne warten, da der Ablauf sehr schlecht organisiert war. Es gibt zwar einen Sonnenschirm mit Sitzgarnitur im Hof, aber bei mehreren ankommenden Gästen reicht das bei weitem nicht aus. Gerade bei der Hitze wäre eine bessere Planung dringend nötig gewesen. In der ersten Nacht fiel der Strom komplett aus und blieb für über 12 Stunden weg. Bei diesen Temperaturen war das wirklich eine Zumutung. Ich musste mich über Stunden darum kümmern, telefonisch und persönlich, was den ersten Tag alles andere als erholsam gemacht hat. Auch der allgemeine Hygienestandard war enttäuschend. Für den gesamten Aufenthalt gab es keine Reinigung, Handtücher oder frische Bettwäsche. Am Abend vor der Abreise wurden uns dann einfach frische Wäsche und Handtücher vor die Tür gelegt. Für den nächsten Gast oder zur Selbstversorgung? So etwas geht meiner Meinung nach gar nicht. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt alles andere als erholsam und ich kann diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

A fost aproape de plaja iar doamnele de la curățenie veneau din 2 in 2 zile. Chicineta a fost utilata corespunzator.

1. Internetul si semnalul la telefon a fost execrabil. 2. Apartamentul nu este izolat fonic intrucat zilnic se auzeau turistii ce petreceau in spatele locuintei. 3. La unul dintre apartamente ce le aveam inchiriate, vecinii erau foarte neprietenosi intrucat daca trecea putin dupa ora 23:00 si discutai pe terasa, veneau imediat la gard sa iti atraga atentia.
