Love the location. In between the beach and the shopping centre but still quiet. It was also near the sports stadium (which was the reason we went up) which was so easy to get to. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay.

I didn't like the stairs (4 storey walk up that wasn't obvious in the ad). As an older single woman, there was no way that I was going to be able to get my large suitcase up those stairs. Also the couch was very small and did not make for a comfortable stay. Also, the add should have said that the garage was for a small car only.

The Kawana Beachside Getaway Apartment is wonderfully located for visitors who don’t have transport. I was able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, the beach, and the lovely coastal path. The brand new living room couch is wonderful and the private outdoor spaces are lovely. The apartment was very clean, the bed was comfortable and there was no noise from neighbours, or from the street. I loved it and will definitely be back. Thank you for everything.

They keys were easy enough to find to access the property but I missed reading that the apartment was on the 4th floor and there was no lift - kept me fit carrying the bags up and down!
It was a bonus having the garage to store our bikes in however the remote key stopped working and therefore we couldn't lock the garage anymore which wasn't great.
There were supplies at hand that we wouldn't normally expect like a full sewing kit, tool kit, cleaning supplies and first aid kit but there were simple kitchen supplies that I would have expected that weren't there....ie. fruit bowl, peeler, large cooking pan, wooden spoon and sponge for washing up.
There were small sachets of laundry, washing up and dishwasher liquids, enough for a couple of days but when staying for a week, we had to go out and buy whole bottles of the stuff for just a few days.
