Come stay in our roomy and open Studio/Efficiency apartment.
This gem of a unit is a private apartment of a Beach Side home. Nothing is shared with your own parking space just outside the door.
We are Pet Friendly. With a full size Washer and Dryer in the Laundry Room.
We have a full size kitchen, Queen Size Bed, Queen pull out sofa, and washer/dryer. A full size bathroom with stand up luxury shower. It also has a large 65" Smart TV, high speed WiFi and Central Heat/AC.
We have added a "sleeper sofa" Queen Size, for additional capacity. As is usual with these type of "beds" they are probably less comfortable than a normal bed and are more appropriate for kids.
This private, cozy unit is just steps away from the beach. There are no streets to cross, just a one minute walk to some of the best beaches the Chesapeake Bay has to offer!
With a private entrance and private off- street parking, we are proud to offer this to anyone traveling light who does not need an abundance of space.
Quiet hours begin at 9 PM.
This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise.
Guests have a private entrance to the space.
A lockbox is installed so that you may check yourself in and out.
Pet Fee is $99 per pet and per stay.
If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300
Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture
An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 will be charged to remove pet hair from bedding or furniture
Extra Charges:
Early Check-In for 1 PM - $75 (if available) Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if available)
Normal Check Out is 10 AM. A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at 10:05 AM
Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting!

Cute little efficiency, perfect for a short stay with a pet. Very close to the beach. Parking right at the door. Clean but carpet is very stained, furniture is worn and a few things could use some maintenance. Overall what you would expect for the price though. Be aware that this is a basement apartment and you can hear everything from the room above. Every time they run the water or walk across the room, ect. Got woke up very early in the morning. But I wanted up to see the sunrise anyway. The kitchen had all the dishes and cookware we needed, even a dog bowl. Had coffee pot, toaster, blender, microwave, stove, oven. Some ice in the freezer might have been nice, but otherwise everything we needed was there. Unfortunately, there was NO grill. We brought food specifically to cook on the grill and were disappointed. I tried contacting someone but only got automated responses (and then a reminder by text not to have any loud parties and a request to state our purpose for being there) We still had a great weekend with our dog. A lot of dogs were on this public beach! Would recommend for a cheap, pet friendly getaway, but you get what you pay for.

Great place to stay for a couple or small family. Very closely situated to the beach and close to restaurants as well as a short drive to VA beach! No complaints, everything was clean and well kept.
