Welcome to this many-possibilities living in a recently fully renovated ground floor apartment that is part of a villa that belongs to an old larger farm with a rich history that is now making a biodynamic journey. Here, in a calm and peaceful environment, you can a. participate in the farm's various activities such as courses in cooking, composting, visits to the hen farm to pick your own breakfast eggs, in season pick cherries, apples or plums, or participate in wild boar hunting. It is also possible to order dinner from the owner of the farm. On neighboring Kynnefjäll there are plenty of both berries and mushrooms, and on the farm there is the opportunity to both freeze and dry what you have picked. In the area there are waterfalls worth visiting and the farm also has its own beach at the mile-long Bullaresjöarna, by the beach there is a barbecue area and a wind shelter if you want to try sleeping in the open air. From the beach it is excellent to launch a canoe or kayak for your own fishing trips (fishing license required). For those who like nature experiences, there are plenty of hiking opportunities in untouched nature with rich wildlife, don't forget your camera! In the forests, both wild animals and birds roam and you might get the chance to catch a glimpse of a moose. Feel free to take a trip on the approximately 35-mile-long Bohusleden hiking trail that passes through the area. Via the villa's entrance you reach a hall from which you reach your apartment. Once inside, you are greeted by a small hall that leads into the apartment's living room with sofa bed and TV, kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker, bedroom with a comfortable double bed, bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. Outside the apartment in the entrance area is the villa's laundry room with a washing machine and dryer that you can use freely. Outside the entrance on the lawn, there is a partly covered patio with summer furniture and a barbecue, a place for pleasant moments and conversations as you review the day's events or plan for new ones. The apartment has a fiber connection. In the area there are various excursion destinations such as Älgafallet, a magnificent waterfall with a height of 46 m, well worth a visit. The river above the falls forms the very border between Sweden and Norway. In Tanumshede there is a very well-visited world heritage area and a petroglyph museum. Take a trip across the border to Norway and Halden for a visit to Fredriksten's fortress or why not to Strömstad, a city by the sea with a large selection of activities during the summer, rich restaurant life, pleasant shopping in small shops that are close to each other and do you feel like a salty, cooling dip in the summer heat, it's a short distance to the sea, rocks and swimming, feel free to take one of the bathing boats out to one of the islands in the Strömstad archipelago. From Strömstad, there is also a ferry to the Koster Islands, Sweden's westernmost islands with a resident population.
