✹ Dignowity Hill is an industrial area and the neighborhood is in the middle of a transformation. While completely safe, there is a lot of old mixed in with renovated and brand new.
✹ Downtown San Antonio has train tracks running around the city and trains pass throughout the day and night. We have noise machines and earplugs to help if you are a light sleeper.
✹ The house has cameras on the exterior of the property to monitor for safety.
✹ All guests must submit their driver's license and sign a rental agreement prior to checking in.
✹ For groups larger than 14 please make an inquiry prior to booking.

Perfect spot for a large group! The home is super spacious with 6 comfortable bedrooms, a great backyard and pool for hanging out, and an unbeatable location just minutes from the River Walk, Alamo, and Pearl. Our group was really happy and we will be back! Couldn’t have asked for better!

The space is perfect and comfortable especially for a large group. Andrea is very attentive and communicative. The location is very short drive to downtown, Pearl, etc. The neighborhood is older and is beginning to turn over, but all in all is safe and quiet.
Nice laundry room and large kitchen with a lovely seating area right off it to watch tv.
