The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very nice place across the street from easy beach access. Although the hurricanes caused extensive damage things are picking up and repairs being done. A great place to get away and enjoy life!

We had a great time and place was great. Across the street from easy beach access. Although the area was hit hard by hurricanes in 2024 we had a great stay.

Inside condo wonderful, outside remainder of facility still under renovations from hurricanes. Unaware of HOA until after booking.
