Elevation, 5 Beds Open Concept, Huge Basement

We had a great stay at this home! The check-in process was super smooth, the house was clean, and the check-out process was easy, with no inordinate asks. There were plenty of towels available for our use, and the beds were comfortable. I also really appreciated how responsive Blaine was -- that makes all the difference to me in terms of a VRBO experience. We would definitely stay at this home again!

Host was great, house was adorable and cute, and perfect for what we needed. Only issue was it was cold and the bedding was thin and the mattresses were a little hard. But besides that it was a great home and we had a great time! I have voiced these critiques with the host and they appreciated the feed back and assured the feedback would help future renters :)

Our family had a wonderful stay . Host is very responsive. Comfortable and clean. Everything was as described.

This house was a disappointment. It was mostly clean and the basement was open floor plan, but if you are traveling with a large family group and planning on spending time in this house, it will be a disappointment. This house is on an extremely busy street and parking in the driveway for more than one car is particularly challenging since the large shrubs on the edge of the driveway have not been trimmed and the branches will scratch your car. The rooms are not spacious and the living room/kitchen area is small. The upstairs bathroom was small. It was mostly clean but the window ledge was covered with black mold. It is also lacking in the smaller basic amenities that make a stay more comfortable, such as trash cans in bedrooms and correct sized curtains and drapes that actually cover the windows when closed.
