About this house rental
A stunning two bed, two bathroom home located right in the town of Logan. A 20 minute drive from Old Mans Cave, Ash Cave, Conkles Hollow, Cantwell Cliffs, and many other attractions. Located conveniently close to Restaurants, Coffee shops, and Grocery Stores! Enjoy our well stocked Coffee bar, Fully stocked kitchen, Large family Dining room, Outdoor dining, Fire pit and sitting area, Cozy bathroom with cast iron tub and more! The house is equipped with a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, board games and books that are available to you also. Come unwind and enjoy!
Bedrooms: We have 2 bedrooms, the first one with a queen and a full bed, There is a twin memory foam mat and a pack n play in the closet that can be used as well. If these are used, please return them to the closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. All sheets are provided!
Bathrooms: We supply all towels, hand towels, and washclothes.
Kitchen: Fully Stocked kitchen, all utensils; plates, cups, silverware are provided as well as pots and pans. Toaster, Coffee makers, Espresso Machine, Air Fryer, and blender. K-cups, Decaf, and Regular Coffee are also provided.
Outdoor Patio: Wood for Fire pit is provided at a fee. Propane Grill is available as well and propane is provided.
Pets: No pets permitted on property.
There will be a $200 fee for any pets that we are not made aware of before arrival.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited on the premises. The discovery of smoking will result in a fee.
Outdoor cameras are located on premises for your safety as well!

Everything, beds, couches, were so comfortable and neighborhood was quiet.The owners went out of their way to make sure that amenities were well stocked…coffee, snacks, detergent.Would stay there again, and so convenient to everything!

The house had the facilities we needed. It was clean and welcoming from the basket of treats to the festive outdoor lights. Recommend the porch swing. Washer and dryer worked well and we had what we needed for cooking. There is a boisterous dog nextdoor but was not an issue for us as it was not out often and we were not out in backyard. Would return to this home.

We had such a great time for my bachelorette party, the house was perfect and we got the experience so much during our time. We made lots of memories and if and when we come back, we will book here again!!!

The house is decorated nicely. It has high end finishes and appliances. However, while the kitchen has a fancy coffee bar and a high end toaster oven, there is no microwave. Ok, so we will warm food on the stove, except there was only one small skillet and not a saucepan to be found. We also were not able to get the oven to work (user error-I don’t know). Beds nice, but in one bedroom where there are two beds, the bed is so close to the wall that getting in and out means crawling out from the foot of the bed which was awkward.
