At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. Great set up to enjoy the pool and lagoon and beach. Nice amenities at the house. If you plan to cook, the house is a little short on kitchen equipment.

The rooms were clean and the place overall had potential, but unfortunately there were some issues. The bathrooms had ants, and we noticed roaches in the garage and kitchen area downstairs. The pool was nice, but the waterfall feature was not working. This property could be great for families if these maintenance issues were resolved.

Beautiful, large home with plenty of rooms and amenities to make your stay comfortable. Private pool was a plus. Issues and needs were responded to promptly and efficiently. We had a lovely stay.
