This property was very nice and had a beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen was well stocked compared to other places we have stayed. Would go back!

Phenomenal views, nice room sizes, kitchen has some essentials and is well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The garage was great to have the car inside for loading and unloading. Since it’s rurally located, there were more gnats, spiders and mosquitos, so bring the bug spray. Grill works but it is kind of difficult to get it started since the automatic igniter doesn’t work. Had a small issue with an inside door and when I reached out, Dan was super responsive and had the problem checked and a plan for repair right away!! Photo is a view from the deck. Amazing!

The stay from start to finish was a breeze! Host responded quickly and was most helpful in making our stay a pleasant one. The views from the back porch were amazing! Watching the storms roll in with the sunset was a beautiful site. Quiet location, comfortable home, we enjoyed ourselves completely!

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental in Big Sandy, TN. The home offered all the modern comforts we could ask for, and the view of Kentucky Lake was absolutely stunning. We loved the peaceful, private setting—it felt like a true getaway, yet we were still close enough to town to easily pick up any supplies. The owner was attentive and helpful throughout our stay, and the house was easy to find. It was the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and quiet. We would absolutely stay here again!
