About this apartment rental

Moving to town or just need a place for a long stay? Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 30 day minimum stay. Quiet location in the South Hill of Stillwater and within walking distance to Lakeview Hospital, downtown shopping and dining, Nelson's Ice Cream, and much more!

A furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious lower level duplex. You will find the essentials for long term living in the apartment. All utilities including Wi-Fi are included. Pet friendly with easy access to the backyard grass (note backyard is only fenced in on 2 sides). Comes with 1 garage space and 1 driveway space. Shared amenities with the upstairs tenant(s) include the backyard, patio, and garage.

There is 1 security camera located on the garage to monitor the driveway. Please let me know if you feel uncomfortable with that during your stay.

This rental was ideal for our needs at the time. Stacy was a wonderful host. The property is set in icon , historic beautiful section of old Stillwater. A terrific find!
