The check-in at the house was contactless and seamless. The house was in a great location between the beach and ICW and the golf cart was an amazing benefit of the property. Our family consisted of 2 adults and 2 kids (preteen and teen girls) and 2 dogs. The fenced in yard was great and the deck railings and stairs had additional precautions and accommodations made for the dogs! It made it that much easier traveling with pets! The house was clean and had everything we needed! While we didn’t use the linens provided (because we are particular lol) - the linens provided were soft and a nice feature. I can’t wait to hopefully stay in this property again!

Nice clean house with a well-stocked kitchen! We enjoyed use of the golf cart, the charcoal grill, and the big TV with options to stream when we needed a break from the sun. We were able to find three workable beach chairs in the shed outside—at least one was broken. And we ended up buying our own boogie board because all four in the shed were broken. It’s a good thing we had our own beach towels too, because there were none at the house. Aside from the need to clean out the shed and update the beach equipment, we have no suggestions for improvement! We had a great time and it was so nice to bring our dog!
