Nestled right on Severn River's shoreline, this waterfront retreat has been completely remodeled, redecorated, and boasts gorgeous views from both floors! Right at your stay, utilize the kayak and paddle board for peaceful dips into the water, or rent a boat and tie it up to the private pier - ready for your effortless use.
Mere minutes away from your stay, you will find a yoga studio, Baltimore-Annapolis Trail Park, Kinder Farm Park, and just further up the road, historic Annapolis.
Sun-soaked and happy, head inside your sweet retreat where you will find a spacious living room adorned with fun pops of blue, soft seating, and a large TV. The adjacent full kitchen gleams with its wave-like backsplash, suite of stainless steel appliances, and ample meal prep space. When it's time to eat, dine inside at the formal dining table, or alfresco on the side porch where dining for six awaits.
Both bedrooms are bright, airy, and well-decorated, ensuring everyone's comfort. Remote workers will appreciate the quiet workspace available in the primary bedroom, and everyone will like having access to a private washer/dryer - ideal for refreshing your swimsuits. Additional perks include a great collection of board games, puzzles, books, central air-conditioning, and a paddle board.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice house in a very pretty location.Had an extremely difficult time entering the property. The combination lock is broken. Spare key was not there, finally used the lockbox with help of online manager. Very Frustrating after flying across the country and arriving tired at night.(House owned by corporation, not family.). Door was finicky and difficult to open all 9 days. (Reported in a June review.) Fix the door!!Basic supplies missing when we arrived. Area manager provided: hand soap, TP, dish soap, toaster, Keurig. She was very helpful.There is a lovely back deck on the water. We were in Annapolis several days(easy drive) but the days we were at the house the next door neighbor tied his dog outside and the dog barked incessantly for 3 hours at a time. (Also reported in an earlier review.) So a peaceful afternoon was interrupted by a noisy dog. :(There is ample furniture downstairs, however, the bedrooms need bureaus! No place to put things that are not hung up. (Shorts, T-shirts, underwear, socks, etc) At least luggage stands would be helpful.Pretty house with a lovely view…and a few glitches.
