The kitchen boasts brand new appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and oven, with an island that seats four for a convenient dining experience. The kitchen opens into a cozy living area, complete with a Smart TV and a comfortable sofa with a pull-out queen-size bed.
Enjoy stunning views of downtown and the bay from the north-facing balcony, the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, Smart TV, closet, and an attached full bathroom with a shower. The guest bedroom features a queen-size bed and closet, with a nearby full bathroom including a tub/shower.
For your convenience, the unit includes a stacked washer/dryer with laundry supplies, and all necessary bed and bath linens. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, pots, and pans, along with toiletries. Additionally, we provide beach accessories and a pickle ball set for four, with public pickle ball and tennis courts located just down the street from our building.

Beautiful brand new apartment walking steps to downtown Traverse City and to the beach, with its own parking place. Very well managed! The only thing is that it is very close to a Main Street so you can hear sometimes some of the loud vehicles and the day they pick up the garbage at 2 am.Other than that. It is a very nice place to stay.

Condo was as described. Stocked with all the essentials.Good location, especially if you wanted a night time treat, just walk outside and you’re at the Dairy Lodge. The only negative would be the parking. The assigned spaces were very narrow.
