Just a few steps from the sparkling waters of the Baltic Sea lies your perfect vacation oasis: This charming, 48 m² vacation apartment in Lemkenhafen on Fehmarn not only offers a stunning view of the sea—it’s also a place to unwind, take a deep breath, and feel at ease. The apartment is located on the first floor of House No. 38 in the Lemkenhafen vacation complex, which comprises a total of four apartments.
Ideal for two people (plus a baby up to 3 years old). The apartment is stylishly furnished and features a cozy living room with a sofa and armchair, perfect for relaxing evenings after a day at the beach. The well-equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining area makes cooking on vacation a real pleasure. The separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed and the modern bathroom with shower ensure a restful night’s sleep and a relaxed start to the day.
The highlight: the furnished terrace with a hint of an ocean view—your very own favorite spot for sunny hours in the fresh Baltic Sea air. The apartment is strictly non-smoking—even on the terrace!
Bicycles you bring with you can be locked to the bike rack at the house.

14 attractive, detached apartment buildings located just 3 minutes from the marina on a quiet, garden-like, natural property. The various apartment types feature a balcony or terrace—ideal for winding down the day comfortably in the fresh air with a glass of wine. The marina, with its cozy cafés and charming restaurants, instantly puts you in a vacation mood. The island is considered one of the world’s best sailing destinations, and there are plenty of surfers here too, as wind conditions are almost always perfect!
In town, you’ll find restaurants and cafés, bike and boat rentals, a surf and kite school, and the Mill Museum. ALDI and EDEKA are located in Petersdorf, 6 km away.
