About this house rental
Welcome to Five29, The Gunlock. This newly renovated home is named after the original owners who built & shared their family home for nearly 75 years. It features 3 bedrooms and 1 and 3/4 bath with a spacious, fenced in yard. It is central to all things in Chillicothe. Industry, Shopping, Food, Hiking, and HISTORY!
The space
The home features two bedrooms with queen size beds and 1/2 story bedroom with a twin XL and twin bed. It has one and a 3/4 bathrooms. The full bathroom is on the 1st floor situated between the queen bedrooms and has tub/shower combo. The 3/4 bathroom in the basement has a shower, toilet, and sink (see photos). The home has a front porch with a table and chairs to relax in the mornings or evenings. It has a large backyard with a covered porch, but currently under repair (be careful when using the yard). The kitchen includes full size appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher). It is conveniently stocked with a Keurig, toaster, cooking and bakeware, dishes, and cutlery. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. The home has a driveway that can accommodate two cars and also has free on street parking.
Guest access
Access to entire home and property. However, all aspects of the property, house, and contents are use at your own risk. Be especially careful in the backyard as there are holes that are scheduled for repair.
Other things to note
Please be respectful of your neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 pm-8 am. Smoking outside only. There will be a $250 fee if there is any evidence of smoking inside the home.

We were in Chillicothe for the outdoor drama, Tecumseh. This home provided a perfect place for us to stay. It was very clean and convenient to area restaurants.
