We had a great time here as family with kids. Great location and amenities - right by the beach, grocery stores nearby, and even immediate care is within 5 minutes from the property.Food and beverages are very expensive at the hotel restaurants so we stocked up at groceries nearby and went out to eat elsewhere.Definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at a great location. A few small items were addressed with the management, but overall it was a wonderful stay.

Booked easily and property as described. Unfortunately, resort fees were not openly stated on website description. I received an unexpected notice from the resort that advised I would be paying an additional 40/ day for resort amenities that I had no intention of using. I did not receive that notification until it was too late to cancel the booking. The property manager said this was in the listing but apparently buried quite deeply! She was not upfront with me on this booking. Beds were comfortable and property was clean. No shelves in either shower so you have to put soap/ shampoo on floor. Master bath sink drains very slowly. Living area tv remote needs to be held no more than 1 foot from the tv to operate.

Unit was clean with 2 separate bedrooms which was nice for the family. Good view from balcony, nice beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, and towels included which was nice!Receptionist at hotel was extremely rude and demeaning to all guests I saw. I was very taken back when she yelled at an old couple during checkout. Don't expect to be treated nicely by the staff. There are fines for literally everything and it doesn't feel very inviting. I watched them call the police on a guy at the pool for sleeping on a chair by the pool after drinking too much but wasn't bothering anyone (because they wanted to free up the chair). It made a huge scene. Elevators didn't work sometimes and we had to walk 32 floors of stairs. And when they did work they are sometimes a 10 min wait. Fire alarm went off once which is scary being so high up. Good but expensive food choices on property and next door. You can have food delivered but if you are not there waiting right when it is delivered they will fine you. I wouldn't come back.
