Visit the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park (less than a mile away) and discover the magic of the sea and all of the aquatic wildlife that lives under its glistening waters. Take a day trip to Okaloosa Island Beach Access Four, Jerry Melvin Beachwalk, and find yourself on the soft sands of Florida with a good book in hand. Dip your feet in the crystal clear waters of the tides, then head downtown and dine in at the local restaurants and eateries.
Once you've had your fill of the day, return back to your Waterscape condo and step in through the front door and into your own personal slice of paradise. Plop your luggage down onto the floor beside the comfortable couches in the living area and take a much-needed nap. You'll have plenty of on-site amenities for your convenience: take a refreshing swim in the pool or get a workout in at the gym. Whip up a delectable meal for you and your friends in the kitchen using the appliances provided, then settle down on the balcony and watch the sunset over the ocean's horizon.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL
All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided by VACASA. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The parking was convenient, the condo was perfect, kitchen well stocked, loved the washer/ dryer, beds and the pools and beach can’t be beat!

With this unit being in the back of the building and on a lower level, we did not expect to have much (if any) view of the ocean. However, the view of the ocean was beautiful and access to the parking garage was super convenient... a perfect combination! The condo was very clean and stocked well enough. The beds were comfortable and the balcony furniture was more than adequate! My only critique would be there is no storage for clothing other than closets with hangers. A small dresser in the master bedroom and bunk area would have been very helpful! The kitchen knives were a bit rusty as well. These are minor issues IMO and very much mitigated by the view, cleanliness, and accessibility.

This space was perfect for our family of five - plenty of room. The space most definitely needs dressers as there is only closet space and two small drawers in the second bedroom. The master closet had 4 hangers and we asked for extra due to the lack of dressers and were brought SIX additional hangers! The bunk tvs and the master bedroom tvs did not work well at all. We enjoyed the balcony area and loved the rocking chairs for early morning coffee. This unit did not have direct morning or evening sun which was a plus - you could sit outside and not roast! The downfall is the walk to the pools and beach is a little further, but worth it. The master bed was beyond comfortable - huge props for that!! Our major complaint is the communication on the space. We asked if there was a blow dryer and were told no - however a blow dryer was hanging on the wall in the master bath. We asked what type of coffee pot for our grocery order and was told a normal coffee pot - instead the unit had a Keurig. We went through the two kitchen trash bags provided and were told we couldn’t get anymore! Way out of line in my opinion. That was very disappointing.
