We invite you to come enjoy this beautiful 4th floor, 3 bedroom/2 bath condo at the highly sought-after Lands End Complex. This unit has a spacious layout that is the larger of the 3 bed/2 bath floor plans available at Lands End. Enjoy the great water views of the Glaize Arm from the comfort of your screened in deck. Direct access from the parking lot is perfect for bringing in luggage and groceries with ease. Located near great restaurants both on and off the water, family fun, and a mile from an outlet mall, entertainment is always close by. An accessible deck from both the living room and master bedroom is great for relaxing, and a gas grill is perfect for grilling a great evening meal.
This unit features 1520 sq. ft. of spacious living space. The living room includes great furnishings, back-lit crown molding, a gas fireplace, and plenty of entertainment space. A smart flat screen TV with cable is available for your entertainment needs. The large kitchen is perfect for cooking meals and includes stainless steel appliances, any cooking utensils that might be needed, and general pantry essentials. The master suite includes a king bed with a large connected bathroom and walk in closet. The master bathroom features his & her sinks, a Jacuzzi tub, and a separate walk in shower. The 2nd suite includes a queen size bed, a closet, and an attached bathroom with a combined shower/tub. This 2nd bathroom can also be accessed by the main living space. The 3rd suite is fit with dual full beds that contain drawer storage underneath and a closet. All bedrooms include flat-screen TVs and cable.
The complex at Lands End offers endless amenities for all ages. A centrally located clubhouse features a gym, large sitting area, and pool table. Two pools, including a zero-entry walk in pool just steps away from our unit as well as a kids’ pool with a lazy river and waterpark, are available to cool off on those hot days. A playground and basketball court will also keep the family busy throughout your stay. The 15-acre complex at Lands End is in a perfect location both by land and water. Well known restaurants, including Dog Days, Wobbly Boots, and Backwater Jacks, as well as boat and PWC rentals, are just short drives away. If you are bringing your boat, be sure to ask about a boat slip rental for an additional fee per night.

The condo was fabulous, it was clean and nicely decorated and in new condition. It was located on same floor as the cars, so no stairs. The bathrooms were nice and the whirlpool tub was a plus in the main bedroom bath. My one and only complaint was the king bed mattress. I have hip replacements and a 4 level spinal fusion and it was so hard it was quite painful. I piled blankets on my side of the bed so I could get some sleep. My husband ended up sleeping on the sofa which is bad. Bring a cushion of some sort if you can't sleep on a hard bed. It was a shame because everything else was top notch.

We were so impressed with our first stay at this property that we decided to come back to stay again. Unfortunately, our second stay wasn’t as magical as our first, and I will leave it at that.True to the listing, the location can’t be beat. The amenities at Lands’ End property are exceptional.
