A brief unit inspection takes place every 4 days.
A $300 refundable security deposit is required.
Air conditioning must remain on throughout your stay to prevent mold caused by humidity.

The condo was clean and simple. Proximity to the beach and grocer’s was nice!

Great location, walk to beach, beach restaurant and bar- all just across the street.
Unit was very clean, comfortable beds, nice shower/bathroom.
Pool area was clean and comfortable with grills and plenty of patio tables to cook meals on site and relax with family or new friends.
A place to rent bikes us next to check-in.
Grab wine, cheese and breakfast at the small shop onsite.
Easy walk to Superfoods for all grocery needs
