**** 'Crescent Beach Club will be under construction for 2 years starting in Sept. 2025 for the required restoration after the 40 year inspection on the property. Balcony restoration will begin in the south building and work north beach side, gradually closing one stack at a time only moving on once fully complete. Guest will not have access to the balcony and view will completely blocked during this time. Parking is also limited due the equipment required to complete the work. There is not a specific timeline for each building as work can be affected by weather and other unseen circumstances. Please reach out to confirm amenity availability before booking as they will not be open during parts of the restoration.'

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo is clean , updated and huge! The views are amazing from every angle of the condo. The pools are beautiful. Love that it’s guarded and I feel very safe. The location is perfect. This was our second time staying. Definitely, need to unlock the thermostat:)

PROs: Unit was spacious, nicely decorated, kitchen was nicely stocked. View was spectacular. Walkable to shops and restaurants.
CONs: guest DOES NOT have access to the thermostat, it is locked with a code, We did experience several nights where the air conditioning shut off and I had to call and request the air conditioning be turned back on. This happened on several occasion which caused very uncomfortable sleeping conditions for several nights during our stay.
