This charming studio boasts access to all the great amenities at Rumbling Bald (1.5 miles from the rental), including a glittering pool, a bubbling hot tub, a sauna, a playground, and a world-class tennis court. Tour the area and discover local attractions like Lake Lure Beach & Water Park, Lake Lure Flowering Bridge, and downtown Chimney Rock, all within a 10-mile radius. Nearby shopping, restaurants, and historical landmarks are sure to entertain you and your loved ones. Not to mention, golf enthusiasts will love the short drive to the area's multiple scenic courses.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior in this studio space. Stream your favorite movies on the TV, serve brunch on the scenic balcony, or play a board game in the cozy sitting area. Prepare grand meals and picnic snacks in the kitchenette, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop burner, dishwasher, and coffee bar. After a day of adventures get a comfortable night's rest in a soft queen bed or twin daybed with additional twin trundle bed underneath.

RESORT AMENITIES
Rumbling Bald Resort amenities include a heated pool (open year round) 2 outdoor pools and lazy river (open Memorial Day to Labor Day) hot tub, spa and wellness center, mini golf, basketball and tennis courts, corn hole, horse shoes, lawn games, playground. 2 world class golf courses (Apple Valley and Bald Mountain). 3 Dining options (Legends on the Lake, The Gardens, Bears Cup Cafe, Eagles Nest).

THINGS TO KNOW
-Lake Lure notice: Pontoon boats and non-motorized vessels may be no longer than 28 feet. All other boats, such as ski boats, fishing boats, deck boats, etc., may be no longer than 21 feet.
-Kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, and pontoon boats can be rented from a local service from Memorial Week-Thanksgiving.
-Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
-All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
-This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.
-All Vacasa properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

RUMBLING BALD GUEST PASSES
-This property is not located within the Rumbling Bald gated area, but has full access to all Rumbling Bald amenities.
-Guest Passes can be picked up daily between 8:30am and 7:30pm at the Guest Services Desk in the lobby of Legends on the Lake.
-The name listed on the reservation must be present to collect the passes.
-It is preferred that reservations are submitted at least 5 days prior to arrival. Any last-minute requests will likely result in delays receiving your guest passes.
-Your reservation will need to include the number of guests 12 and over so that Rumbling Bald will provide the correct number of passes
-Passes will need to be picked up during business hours from Rumbling Bald guest services.
-There is a $50 fee if any passes need replaced.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
