- The water level in the river can be very high between late April and mid-June. Therefore, during this time, the private dock will not be accessible
- Because there is frequently a burn ban starting mid/late summer, we have a movie projector and outdoor screen that guests can hook up to watch movies outside near the fire pit area. The projector can be connected to phones or computers to stream movies
- Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera located on the front porch facing the driveway. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound at all time

Great space. Appreciated all of the charger hubs. River was far enough that I wasn’t concerned about the littles headed down without an adult. Sand toys, canoe and dock were fun.

All aspects of our stay were well above our expectations. The pre-check in communication was timely, informative and very personalized. The check in process was easy to follow. The listing pictures did not fully encompass how nice the property turned out to be. We were very happy we chosce this location. It was a very nice location. The neighborhood was very quite. We will definetly check for availability the next time we plan a trip to this area.
