Property Description
One of the most stunning locations in Dillon! Anchorage 35 is a newly updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath on the second floor with amazing mountain and lake views. Located on Lake Dillon. Sleeps 6. Living area has floor to ceiling windows, flatscreen and wood fireplace. Free Wifi and Roku. Fully equipped kitchen has slab granite counters, stainless appliances, Keurig and drip coffee makers, ice maker and plenty of space for cooking. Dining table for 6. Spacious entry with boot bench, hall closet and gear racks. Large covered deck has table for 4. This south-facing deck can be used year-round. Full-size washer and dryer in unit for convenience. Must climb 1 set of stairs to the unit.
Bedding
Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.
~ Queen, private bath in master.
~ Double/Twin bunk with Twin Trundle
~ Queen Sofabed in living room with shared hall bath
Parking
2 Parking Permits are provided in the unit. The unit has 2 unassigned surface parking spots in the lot next to the building.
Location
Anchorage is a beautiful complex right on the water with well maintained grounds. Big lawn for play in winter or summer.
In the summer take an easy flat walk along the shore or footpath to the Dillon Marina, Tiki Bar and the Dillon Amphitheater. On the Summit County Recreation/Bike path that goes all around the lake and to every town and resort. A wonderful central location. Near Dillon Beach which has SUP and kayak rentals.
In the winter it's just 5 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge. Just 30 minutes to Vail. Less than 5 minutes to City Market, REI, snowsport rental, sporting goods, restaurants, brewpubs, cinema, bowling, nightlife. Less than 5 minutes to the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. Enjoy the new Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.

Summit is great. Was told the unit had not been updated which didn't matter but the unit needs a bunch of repairs. Will stay again at the property but not the unit.

The property was clean and well stocked upon arrival. Views were amazing from the property and location was very convenient. Only drawbacks were that the unit is dated, no grill on site as pictured in the photos ant the time of booking and the pool & hot tub were not usable/under repair.
